3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
- Submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract until it has been reviewed, confirmed, and accepted by us.
- We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of:
- Incorrect pricing
- Unavailable stock
- Suspected fraudulent activity
4. Bulk Orders & Customization
- Bulk and custom orders (e.g., school logos, specific color combinations, special sizing) are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) and custom terms agreed upon separately.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate artwork/logos in specified formats.
- Approved samples must be confirmed in writing before production.
- No refunds or returns are accepted on customized goods unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated officially.
- Orders will be processed only upon receipt of payment (advance or full, as agreed).
- For export clients, payment terms, shipping, and duties will be defined in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Agreement.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines will be communicated based on the size of the order and delivery location.
- While we take utmost care in timely dispatch, we are not liable for delays due to:
- Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)
- Courier service issues
- Customs or import/export delays
- Shipping charges and taxes (if applicable) are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Customized or used items are not eligible for return.
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, product images, brand names, designs, and written material — is the intellectual property of Velvear Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Velvear Apparel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Use of our website or products
- Delays in delivery
- Technical issues
- Inaccurate product representation
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the website.
